The Exercise Coach is seeking a personable Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions to clients of all ages at our Sarasota studio. No prior fitness experience is required, as full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies will be provided.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, have good communication, enjoy helping people, and are eager to grow with the franchise as career advancement opportunities arise and certifications are funded by the company.
Qualifications
- Passion for Health & Fitness
- Good Communication Skills (in person and on the phone)
- People skills and personality; enjoy working with clients
- Knowledge of exercise science and human biology beneficial
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations
- Lead one-on-one and small-group sessions
- Track client fitness results and educate clients
- Sell monthly and package sessions to grow the business
- Measure success by studio metrics
