The Exercise Coach®, a high-tech health and fitness studio, is looking for a passionate and positive Full-Time Fitness Coach to join our team. You'll work with individuals or small groups (2–4 clients), providing personalized guidance, motivation, and ensuring safety and proper form using our cutting-edge, proprietary equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required).
• Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Therapy (a plus).
• AED/CPR certified (or willing to certify before training).
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness evaluations and consultations.
• Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions.
• Educate and coach clients on exercise techniques.
• Monitor progress using studio technology.
• Provide ongoing health and fitness education.
• Communicate with clients and assist with scheduling.
