Job summary

Stateline Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Wellness Coach to provide a safe, welcoming experience for members in the Wellness Center during evening hours. You will be the face of the Wellness Center, helping with equipment and answering questions, while keeping fitness areas clean and organized.

This role offers a pay range of $15-$16 per hour for 10+ hours per week with potential to increase hours and includes perks like a free YMCA membership and opportunities for growth.

Part Time – evening shifts 5pm-8pm. 10+ hours per week with potential to increase hours.

Our Wellness Coaches provide a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all members. You'll be the face of the Wellness Center—present, approachable, and ready to lend a helping hand with equipment or answer questions. From keeping fitness areas spotless and organized to celebrating our members' personal wins, you’ll help build a community where everyone feels like they belong.
