Job summary

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking a part-time fitness coach to join our dynamic team in Chester County, Phoenixville. You will engage members in a rewarding fitness experience and promote healthy lifestyles. This role requires a high school degree and a passion for working with individuals of all abilities.

Qualifications

Part Time, Hourly; Opening shifts (Monday-Friday 4:30 am; Saturday-Sunday 6:30 am) | $13.00-$17.00

We are looking for a fitness coach to join our team at the Y. We spend our days connecting people of all abilities to healthier lifestyles. Whether helping someone new to fitness to feel comfortable, teaching members how to use equipment or keeping the center clean and safe, we change lives and make a positive impact on our Y community.

What is needed for this job

• High School degree or equivalent
• Fitness experience preferred
• Enjoyment from working with people on a fitness floor
• Excitement about helping members learn new equipment
• Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members and building relationships

The responsibilities we will trust you with
