Job summary

Eckerd Connects is seeking an RN II to manage the wellness clinic at the Turner Job Corps site in Albany, GA. This salaried role reports to the Health and Wellness Manager and entails supervising nursing staff, coordinating staffing, and delivering direct student care.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, wound care, medication administration, and accurate charting, with on-call duties shared with leadership. A valid GA RN license and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• State Registered Nurse’s License with active, unrestricted practice in GA.
• Minimum one year experience as a practicing RN; two+ years preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background check as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day wellness clinic operations.
• Collaborate with Health and Wellness Manager to ensure proper staffing.
• Share on-call responsibilities with Health & Wellness Manager.
• Assist in medical care and treatment of students.
• Take and record vitals, dress wounds, and assist with student physicals.
• Administer specified medication and document on patient charts.
• Set up, sterilize, and use medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain charts for trainees seen by medical personnel.
