Job summary

Ageless Women’s Health, the sister clinic of Ageless Men’s Health, seeks a Client Relations Manager for front desk operations and patient growth in Austin.

You will greet patients, coordinate appointments, handle payments, verify insurance, and drive patient engagement through follow-ups and event participation. This role emphasizes service quality and relationship-building in a wellness clinic.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or front-desk coordination.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable discussing payments and insurance with professionalism.
• Experience in a wellness, med spa, or healthcare clinic.
• Community outreach or event experience.
• Personal interest in women’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-out, and payment collection.
• Assist with insurance verification and documentation; follow up on unpaid balances.
• Build relationships with patients to support return visits and engagement.
• Schedule consultations and convert leads into appointments; promote services like HRT or IV therapy.
• Attend local events to promote clinic services and drive new patient interest.
