Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Akron General’s Green Health and Wellness Center is seeking an Operations Attendant to support daily operations, guest services, and fitness program coordination. You will greet members, assist with program registrations, and handle cash transactions in a busy wellness setting.

The role requires flexibility for Sundays and evenings, with duties spanning front desk tasks, equipment cleaning, and inventory management to ensure a welcoming, well-run health center environment.

Qualifications

• Must multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work variable hours.
• Basic computer skills required for registration and POS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name and clear them for club entry.
• Maintain information on programs, services and activities and promote regularly.
• Handle incoming calls, take messages and distribute appropriately.
• Register members and guests for programs per procedures.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions per procedures.
• Register guests and complete all paperwork.
• Adhere to cash drawer policies and procedures.
• Wash, dry, fold, distribute and collect towels in Lifestyles locker rooms.
• Keep supplies stocked and inventory updated.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks.
• Report facility or equipment repairs to supervisor.
