Job summary

The Westmoor Club is seeking a Wellness Concierge at Nantucket, MA. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, polished, and personalized experience for members, and will manage the reception area and coordinate spa and fitness appointments.

Ideal candidates are welcoming, attentive, and confident in anticipating member needs, with strong knowledge of services, classes, pricing, and offerings. Weekend/evening availability is required to support club operations.

Qualifications

Standing for extended periods and actively engaged at the Wellness desk.
Proficient with computers, phones, POS systems and other tech.
Able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
Able to sit, stand, bend, reach and move as needed.

Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests warmly and professionally.
Provide knowledgeable, personalized service throughout the member experience.
Maintain understanding of all Spa & Fitness Center services, treatments, pricing, and policies.
Schedule and manage spa appointments using reservation and POS systems.
Maintain knowledge of retail products and assist with recommendations.
Operate the reception desk with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a welcoming, organized reception area and merchandise displays.
Collaborate with Wellness Center team and other Club departments to ensure a seamless experience.
