Job summary

Mountain View Country Club is seeking a receptionist for our Spa and Fitness Center who will also assist with the Bocce program. This part-time, seasonal role runs October through May and focuses on delivering outstanding member service in a welcoming, well-organized environment.

Daily duties include answering calls, booking spa services, restocking supplies, and handling transactions, while supporting Bocce league activities and maintaining a fun, engaging atmosphere for members.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and ability to learn scheduling and POS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Willingness to learn the rules and regulations of Bocce and assist with league activities.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide assistance to members with booking spa and wellness services.
• Restock Wellness Center supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness and spa environment.
• Handle laundry tasks.
• Process transactions accurately while providing excellent member service.
• Address member questions and service issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Report concerns or feedback to the Wellness Director.
• Collaborate with the Spa Supervisor on daily operations.
