Responsibilities

• Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self and others.
• Answers telephone, takes accurate messages, and routes calls to the proper personnel.
• Ensures that facility towels are washed and dried in a timely manner.
• Checks locker rooms periodically, wiping down counters, picking up towels and mopping if necessary.
• Greets members and guests recording attendance on the computer.
• Receives payment for membership fees, child care, and purchased items using the Point of Sale terminal.
• Keeps the area clean and completely stocked.
