Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Student Health and Wellness Ambassador to welcome Wellness Center members, promote health initiatives, and support engagement activities on campus. You will provide excellent customer service, educate members about services, and help foster a positive, inclusive environment for MUSC students and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet members at the Member Services Desk with a welcoming, service-oriented approach.
• Promote wellness initiatives and educate members about available services.
• Process POS transactions for guest passes and memberships.
• Assist gym participants in cardio, weight room, and other fitness areas.
• Uphold safety and cleaning policies; sanitize equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby area and coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and participate in trainings.
• Support program activities as needed and perform other duties.
