Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) invites applications for the Student Health and Wellness Ambassador position. You will greet members, promote wellness initiatives, provide friendly customer service, and support engagement activities across the Wellness Center.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members at the desk with a commitment to improving health and well-being.
• Promote wellness initiatives and provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Process point-of-sale transactions for guest passes and memberships; input into the membership system.
• Answer member questions and assist participants in the cardio and weight rooms and other fitness areas.
• Uphold safety and cleaning policies; sanitize equipment as required.
• Manage the lobby area to be clean, organized, and welcoming; coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
• Carry out opening and closing operational procedures as assigned.
• Provide new member equipment instruction and orientation.
