Job summary

Humana Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking an Activity Coordination Assistant to support daily operations of the Wellness Center in San Antonio. You will greet patients, verify insurance, review new patient registrations and enter data into the computer system at an outpatient care site.

The role also schedules meeting rooms for classes, coordinates wellness activities, and promotes programs to provide members with diverse fitness options. 40 hours/week onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an administrative role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in a patient-facing role involving planned activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Review new patient registration and enter data into the system.
• Schedule Wellness Center rooms for pre-programmed classes/events.
• Plan and coordinate programs for fitness activities for members.
