What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients
- Supporting patient engagement and wellness programme participation
- Guiding patients through provider-directed services and next steps
- Coordinating follow-ups, scheduling, and patient communications
- Helping create a seamless, elevated patient experience
- Tracking personal KPIs related to engagement, follow-up activity, and conversion support
- Supporting new wellness initiatives and service rollouts within the clinic
- Working closely with providers and clinic staff in a collaborative environment

Ideal Backgrounds

Healthcare experience is helpful, but strong communication skills, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building ability are equally important.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience in patient engagement, wellness services, healthcare coordination, customer success, hospitality, sales support, or account management strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a patient-facing healthcare or wellness environment preferred
- Experience with CRM systems, patient management software, or scheduling platforms preferred
- Demonstrated success in relationship-building and service-oriented environments highly desirable
- Must be available to work full-time on-site within an assigned NIVA Health clinic
- Rotating schedule may include occasional Saturdays, with a weekday off provided during those weeks
