Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced General Manager for an upscale café in Jacksonville. Lead daily operations in a fast-casual setting with a passion for fresh, organic, and locally sourced food, while driving sales and profitability. You will build a strong team culture and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring staff, managing budgets, ensuring food safety, and enhancing brand presence through community engagement and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role within hospitality or fast-casual settings.
• Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, inventory tracking and finance reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
• Interest in health-conscious dining and community engagement.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily café operations and ensure brand standards.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze P&L statements.
• Maintain high guest service standards and address feedback.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, vendors, and ordering processes.
• Utilize POS, scheduling software, and financial reporting tools.
• Collaborate on local partnerships, promotions and community initiatives.
