Job summary

Kohler Co. at The American Club's Greenhouse location is seeking a part-time Barista who thrives in a fast-paced café setting, delivering quality beverages and friendly guest service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, upselling, preparing espresso-based drinks, managing payments, maintaining sanitation, and supporting inventory and SOPs. Qualifications

• Weekends are required.
• Familiarity with varieties of coffee drinks and equipment preferred.
• Learn2Serve Certification preferred.
• Previous experience with some food preparation preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menu, and take orders accurately.
• Upsell food and beverages including supplements and smoothie add-ons.
• Process payments (cash, cards, gift cards) promptly.
• Maintain clean and hygienic work area and sanitize equipment daily.
• Assist with stocking and inventory when needed; follow café SOPs.
