Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Capacity to learn product knowledge for department items.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and, when needed, suggestive selling.

Responsibilities

• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper rotation.
• Logs, processes, and retrieves customer special orders.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Prepares, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products per procedures.
• May assist in training of new Team Members using training materials.
• Supports national, regional and store programs.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper stocking and merchandising.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and maintains clean working environments.
