Job summary

Earthbar is seeking a part-time team member in West Palm Beach to deliver exceptional customer service while preparing smoothies, juices, and bowls per Earthbar recipes and health standards.

You will assist with stocking, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, efficient store environment inside Equinox Gym. Flexible hours and employee discounts are offered, with health benefits for full-time staff where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in food/beverage environments making smoothies or in retail/hospitality
• Barista, Nutrition, and Culinary education a plus
• Must have (or obtain) a Food Handlers License prior to employment

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Prepare beverages and food items per standard recipes.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stock and merchandise products as needed.
• Assist with in-store events and promotions.
