Job summary

Earthbar, LLC in San Mateo is seeking a part-time on-site team member to deliver exceptional customer service, prepare smoothies and bowls, and uphold Earthbar's health-focused standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, health-conscious environment inside Equinox Gym, maintain clean work area, follow safety guidelines, and help customers choose products while embracing a Life is Awesome mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies, and/or specialty beverages, or experience in retail and hospitality.
• Barista, Nutrition, and Culinary education experience a plus!
• Must have (or obtain) a Food Handlers License (i.e., ServSafe) prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and maintain Earthbar standards.
• Follow recipes and prepare beverages and foods (smoothies, bowls, lattes).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; stock and manage inventory.
• Operate cash register and adhere to safety policies.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell supplements.
