Job summary

Earthbar in Hawthorne, CA is hiring for a part-time, on-site position. You will deliver fast, friendly customer service and prepare smoothies, juices, and bowls according to Earthbar recipes. You’ll work in a health-focused environment inside Equinox Gym with a 50% employee discount and benefits for full-time staff.

Experience in food/beverage settings is preferred; a Food Handlers license is required or obtainable. Be ready to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to a busy, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must have (or obtain) a Food Handlers License (ServSafe) prior to employment.
• 1–2 years of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies or specialty beverages.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Earthbar culture.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume to keep store operating to Earthbar standard.
• Prepare beverages and foods following recipes and standards.
• Stock and merchandise product; keep workspace clean and organized.
• Follow safety and health guidelines and FIFO product handling.
