Job summary

Earthbar, located inside Equinox Gym in New York, is seeking customer-service oriented team members to prepare beverages and participate in daily operations. This on-site position offers a friendly, health-conscious environment where you will help customers choose smoothies, juices, and bowls while maintaining clean equipment and workspaces.

The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy in following recipes, and a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in food/beverage environments.
• Must have (or obtain) a Food Handlers License (i.e., ServSafe) prior to employment.
• Able to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Prepare beverages and meals following standard recipes.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace and equipment.
• Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
• Open and close store tasks and support team goals.
