Boise Co-op invites applications for a Wellness Associate to support daily Wellness Department operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will help shoppers, maintain displays, and ensure cleanliness and safety while aligning with Boise Co-op’s values.

Role requires strong organization, reliable teamwork, and ability to work varied schedules. Proficiency with Office apps and experience in retail are preferred, with a welcoming, people-focused approach emphasized.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Interest in holistic wellness preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class customer service by helping shoppers locate products and answer questions.
• Stock and rotate products according to merchandising and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized department and assist with displays.
• Assist with inventory counts and accurate stock records.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and leadership to support workflow.
