Job summary

Haleon’s Wellness Product Support Internship in Richmond offers hands-on exposure to product development, formulation optimization, and material characterization within a QSCP wellness platform. You will collaborate with scientists and engineers on lab studies and manufacturing support activities.

You're pursuing a degree in a science field, with strong analytical skills, good communication, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in a scientific discipline (see education).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication; collaboration across teams.
Laboratory experience from coursework, projects, or internships.
Basic knowledge of formulation development or material characterization.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
GPA around 3.0 is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, plan and conduct product development activities for solid dosage forms.
Collaborate with multiple functions for formulation analysis and stability evaluation.
Perform characterization studies to evaluate material properties and product performance.
Maintain safety, GDP standards and accurate experimental records.
Data analysis and presentation of results.
