Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in gym, spa, or hospitality environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor; service-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
