Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of B2C healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of successful sales experience in a B2C environment, ideally healthcare-related.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle from rapport to closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to discuss patient needs and health goals.
• Explain treatment plans, answer questions, and address patient concerns.
• Partner with the care team to create and present personalized wellness programs.
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and treatment options.
• Utilize sales techniques to present the value proposition of our services.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.
