10X Health System is seeking an onsite Wellness Advisor in Scottsdale, AZ. The role represents the company, builds client rapport, and guides wellness journeys by coordinating with the medical team to outline and implement recommended treatment offerings.

This base + commission position offers significant earning potential with top performers earning between $180,000 and $245,000 annually. Qualified candidates may be contacted as future openings arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Health and wellness background preferred (e.g. medical sales, wellness, fitness)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field, but equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), or related software

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new opportunities with clients.
• Identifies client needs and suggests products to obtain authorizations.
• Demonstrates product and service value based on client needs.
• Maintains CRM records and reports on sales activities.
• Ensures client satisfaction through ongoing communication and post-sale support.
• Completes Cardone University Sales Training daily.
• Attends daily staff meetings and coordinates with departments.
