Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Wellness Advisor to drive sales and education at our third‑party retailers. You will recruit customers, educate store staff on Saje products, and build strong partnerships with retailer teams to raise brand awareness.

The role emphasizes consumer engagement, product knowledge, and achieving sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and colleagues. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

The impact you'll make:

Reporting to the Field Sales & Education Manager, the Wellness Advisor drives sales, education and brand awareness in our third-party retailers.

This sales and education role will introduce consumers to Saje Natural Wellness through recruitment and education on the benefits of Saje Products. This role will also educate and create strong partnerships with the employees of our third-party retailers.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:

• Launch Saje Natural Wellness in our third-party retailer; drive sales, education, brand awareness and new customer acquisition
• Meet or exceed Sales Goals

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You have consumer facing sales experience in a multi-branded retailer such as Sephora, Ulta or Target with a track record of results
• Strong aptitude for consumer engagement, product sales, product knowledge & brand messaging
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Competitive drive balanced with a team oriented, positive attitude
• You are comfortable working in a scented environment, testing and demonstrating our products.
• You are able to have a flexible work schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Hours are dependent upon business needs, productivity and availability.
• You are passionate about your own wellness journey and believe in the superpower of plants.

At Saje, we understand that joining a team is an important decision to make. The base hourly rate for this position is from $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Base pay is dependent on market location and mayvary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
