Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness is seeking a Wellness Advisor to drive sales and educate customers at third-party retailers. You will recruit customers, explain the benefits of Saje products, and partner with retailer staff to share product knowledge and brand messaging. You will work weekends and holidays as needed in-store environments.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, plus a passion for wellness and plant-based products, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• You have consumer facing sales experience in multi-branded retailers (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Target) with proven results.
• You demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• You are comfortable with product testing and demonstrating in-store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, education and brand awareness in third-party retailers.

Overview:

As we continue to build our team, we’re seeking talented people to join us in supporting our Third- Party, Multi-Branded Retailer.

The impact you’ll make:

Reporting to the Field Sales & Education Manager, the Wellness Advisor drives sales, education and brand awareness in our third-party retailers.

This sales and education role will introduce consumers to Saje Natural Wellness through recruitment and education on the benefits of Saje Products. This role will also educate and create strong partnerships with the employees of our third-party retailers.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you’ll do:

• Launch Saje Natural Wellness in our third-party retailer; drive sales, education, brand awareness and new customer acquisition
• Meet or exceed Sales Goals
• Maintain a high level of knowledge on products, benefits and ingredients to educate the consumer and store employees
• Develop and nurture retailer relationships. Empower store employees with the knowledge and confidence to share Saje’s products and benefits.
• Execute Brand Led Events
• Ensure Saje products are always well presented through upkeep of merchandising
• Provide insights and feedback after each shift to help us continually improve
• Contributes to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion

We’d love to hear from you if:

• You have consumer facing sales experience in a multi-branded retailer such as Sephora, Ulta or Target with a track record of results
• Strong aptitude for consumer engagement, product sales, product knowledge & brand messaging
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Competitive drive balanced with a team oriented, positive attitude
• You are comfortable working in a scented environment, testing and demonstrating our products.
• You are able to have a flexible work schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Hours are dependent upon business needs, productivity and availability.

At Saje, we understand that joining a team is an important decision to make. The base hourly rate for this position is from $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Base pay is dependent on market location and mayvary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
