Massage Envy is seeking a Wellness Advisor & Sales Associate at our South Asheville location to deliver outstanding customer service, greet guests, and help clients on their wellness journey.

This full-time role requires evenings and weekends on occasion; employees enjoy paid training, massage benefits, and advancement opportunities within a locally owned national leader in therapeutic massage.

POSITION BACKGROUND:

Massage Envy is hiring Wellness Advisors for full time positions at their South Asheville location. The Wellness Advisor is a vital role to the successful operations at Massage Envy. The primary goal of the Wellness Advisor is to offer excellent customer service to customers and assisting in daily operational tasks. Massage Envy Wellness Advisors are employees, not contract labor, and earn competitive pay.

NEW HIRE BONUS -- LIMITED TIME:

Receive a $250 new hire bonus when you work full-time 5 days a week. To qualify for this bonus, your job application must have been received between now and November 30th, 2026, you must have completed training, been on the work schedule for 30-days, and be in good standing. Massage Envy is the nation's largest provider of therapeutic massage in the country. Applicants must be friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and have a professional appearance and attitude. Full or part-time, and must be able to work some evenings and weekends. Primary duties will be to sell Massage Wellness memberships and greet guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, checking members in and out for appointments, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival, and selling and renewing memberships, calling in active members to invite an appointment, log and relay member concerns to the management team.
• Assists in maintaining a professional, clean and organized front desk, reception area, therapy rooms, and common areas.
• Assists with restocking linen shelves and replacing full linen bags, assists with checking lotion supplies and inventory.
• Understands and applies strategic membership sales offerings to all guests.
• Promptly and professionally answering of the phone.
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Understands, believes in and upholds Massage Envy's Purpose, Vision and Values.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work flexible days and hours (must have a pretty open availability), including some evenings and/or weekends
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, and sales staff.
• Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
