Massage Envy Bayside is hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, educating clients on Total Body Care, and booking services with an emphasis on growing our member base.

You will support daily clinic flow, respond to inquiries, and help clients choose services and homecare products. We offer competitive pay, bonuses where applicable, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Formación

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills; able to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and Wellness Program; book services and retail.
• Manage clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and respond to emails.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
