You will help develop wellness programs, facilitate daily events, collect data for assessments, and support care planning to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long term care.
• BLS Certification.
• First Aid Certification.
• If the person leading the program meets federal regulations for activity programs, qualifications include being a qualified professional or equivalent as outlined by state/federal rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate the community’s wellness programming.
• Facilitate daily events and programming to meet residents’ needs.
• Perform data collection to support residents’ assessment processes.
• Assist in implementing the plan of care based on residents’ needs.
