Job summary

Lifetime Wellness is seeking a compassionate, creative, Full or Part-Time Wellness Assistant to join our teams in McKinney and Plano. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful, engaging, and person-centered experiences for older adults in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The Wellness Assistant is responsible for assisting in leading programs that support the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, vocational and spiritual well-being of residents. This position works closely with residents, families, community partners, and team members to create a vibrant and purposeful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group and individual activities that promote quality of life, social connection, independence, and personal fulfillment.
• Complete activity participation documentation records as required.
• Support resident engagement through creative programming, special events, wellness campaigns, and community involvement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members.

Qualifications

Schedule

Part-time position of 16 hours at one location or full-time position of 32 hours at two locations (McKinney & Plano).
