Job summary

The Only Facial, LLC in Texas is hiring a licensed esthetician for a Store Manager role, overseeing spa operations, staff, and client experiences on-site. You will lead scheduling, inventory, and service quality; recruit and coach team members; develop loyalty programs and partner with owner on growth strategies; and ensure a welcoming, premium guest experience.

• Licensed Esthetician required.
• Prior leadership experience in spa, wellness, or service-based environment preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comprehensive understanding of the esthetician role and service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Ensure all services are delivered with consistency, quality, and exceptional client care.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support growth and efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, and support spa team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where growth is encouraged.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Address client questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Develop and enhance loyalty programs to build long-term client relationships.
• Review performance metrics and financial reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities.
• Manage inventory and maintain supply budgets to optimize efficiency.
• Partner with the owner to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Support social media efforts and brand visibility initiatives.
• Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
