Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries is seeking a field service technician to install and maintain wellheads, provide exceptional customer service, and support on-site operations in a dynamic oil and gas environment. The role involves safety leadership, diagnostic work, and hands-on assembly and testing of equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in Wellhead services, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company positively.
Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports and other documentation as required.
Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
Conduct job safety analysis and act as a safety leader while performing tasks.
Assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
Promote and perform field service sales and maintain customer relationships.
Provide customer property repair as required.
Deliver, assemble, test and paint wellhead assemblies.
