Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health field preferred with 5–10 years of related experience.
• Health licensure within 90 days of hire and wellness certifications.
• Excellent writing and public speaking skills; proficient in Canva, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assess wellbeing needs for clients and design tailored programs.
• Analyze and integrate wellness strategies within client culture.
• Collaborate with population health consultants on risk metrics.
• Monitor and measure program outcomes and impact.
• Create wellness presentations and external communications.
• Support internal training and knowledge sharing.
