Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employer health and wellness promotion in a corporate setting.
• 5+ years of experience with wellness programs and services.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years experience with corporate employee benefit programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at planning, delivering, and supporting execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Computer systems or MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• California-based field position; travel ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, coordination, management, and maintenance of a large national wellness program.
• Collaborate with wellness coaches and champions to drive goals.
• Recommend wellness calendar with onsite screenings and events with vendors.
• Support client benefits/total rewards teams during onsite, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Present CVS Health resources and programs to clients for consideration.
