University of Louisville is seeking a Unit Specialist III in the Division of Student Affairs to support wellbeing initiatives campus-wide. The role coordinates communications, meetings, and stakeholder engagement to advance the #BeWellUofL and related programs while providing high-level administrative support to the AVP.

Key duties include developing engagement strategies, maintaining documentation, organizing meetings, and aiding with reports and correspondence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience on a college campus preferred and ability to navigate university structures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Generates ideas and solutions to facilitate collaboration with the AVP to develop campus-wide student well-being initiatives and goals.
• Coordinates well-being communications and meetings across multiple committees and stakeholders.
• Provides executive administrative support including calendar management, reports, correspondence, and minute-taking.
• Manages travel arrangements for the AVP and supports special projects related to student wellness initiatives.
