Qualifications

• Experience coordinating wellbeing activities and events for elderly residents.
• Able to tailor activities to individual abilities and preferences.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a comprehensive Calendar of Events, including group and one-to-one activities.
• Arrange entertainment and ensure activities remain within the monthly budget.
• Organise seasonal events and outings that bring joy and variety to residents.
• Maintain proper documentation for activities and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with families, residents, and the care team.
