Job summary

Well Werks Energy LLC is seeking a Flowback Operator to support field operations in Towanda, PA. The role focuses on location setup, frac watch, well testing procedures, and safe operation of flowback equipment.

The candidate will document work and assist with rig-up/down, adhering to all safety policies. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring ability to work across shifts, lift up to 75 pounds, and travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required for clear communication on site.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Must maintain safety consciousness and follow SOPs.
• Ability to work in varied weather and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety and policy standards of Well Werks Energy.
• Operate and maintain flowback equipment and related tools.
• Monitor well fluids and production parameters; report findings.
• Complete all job paperwork accurately and on time.
• Assist in rig-up/rig-down, setup, and on-site logistics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Coordinate with district managers and customers during operations.
• Support in pre-job safety meetings and risk assessments.
