Carroll Water is seeking a Well Pump Technician to support our well drilling and pump service operations. This outdoor role involves working with equipment and a hardworking team to deliver reliable water solutions.

You will assist with installation, service, and repair of pumps, travel to job sites within the service area, and participate in loading and organizing materials. CDL interest and training opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements.
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the service area.

Driving & Motor Vehicle Record Requirement

This position requires driving as part of job duties. Employment is contingent upon:

• Maintaining a valid driver’s license
• Meeting the Company’s motor vehicle record (MVR) standards
• Remaining insurable under the Company’s insurance policy

Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in removal from driving duties or termination of employment, where permitted by law.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to use hands and arms to operate tools, equipment, and machinery
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions
