Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a Well Pump Technician to support outdoor drilling and pump service operations. This role is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking team.

As a helper, you will assist with installation, service, and repair of wells, load and organize materials, and travel to job sites within the service area. CDL support may be available, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn a skilled trade and work with a team.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the service area.
• Ability to learn operation of tools and equipment.
• Interest in obtaining a CDL (optional; company support may be available).

Driving & Motor Vehicle Record Requirement

• Maintaining a valid driver’s license
• Meeting the Company’s motor vehicle record (MVR) standards
• Remaining insurable under the Company’s insurance policy

Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in removal from driving duties or termination of employment, where permitted by law.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to use hands and arms to operate tools, equipment, and machinery
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions
