Carroll Water is seeking a Well Pump Technician to support our well drilling and pump service operations. This outdoor role involves working with equipment and a hardworking team to deliver reliable water solutions.

You will assist with installation, service, and repair of pumps, travel to job sites within the service area, and participate in loading and organizing materials. CDL interest and training opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements.
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the service area.
• Ability to learn operation of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Interest in obtaining a CDL (if required; company support may be available)

Responsibilities

• Assist with well pump installation, service, and repair.
• Support drilling crews with day-to-day job site operations.
• Load, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate company vehicles, tools, and machinery as trained.
• Assist with drilling and pump service processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
