Qualifications

  • 1 year of drilling experience required.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • CDL required; company will assist in training.
  • Able to work proficiently both independently and within a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Willing to work variable hours and travel in state as needed.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds and climb ladders frequently.
  • Must have a desire to learn and grow professionally with willingness to help others.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and digitally.
  • Prior welding experience with MIG and SMAW highly preferred.

Irrigation Plumber/Welder/Fabrication

The primary responsibility of this role is welding aluminum irrigation piping and fittings using TIG welding. Work will be performed both indoors and outdoors, depending on customer needs. Our fabrication process utilizes multiple metal types and welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and SMAW. Daily tasks include a variety of welding and fabrication projects to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is a fast and flexible learner, and can adapt to the diverse needs of our customers.

Irrigation Construction / General Laborer

Join our team and contribute to the essential work of installing and maintaining irrigation systems. As a General Laborer, you’ll engage in consistent outdoor physical labor, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools to assist in the assembly of irrigation components and the upkeep of job sites. This role demands a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members. Dependability is key, as you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to our high standards.

Parts Dept/Retail/Online Sales

This position encompasses comprehensive parts department operations, requiring the individuals to manage both customer-facing and logistical aspects. Responsibilities include direct customer service, such as troubleshooting, order fulfillment, and information verification, alongside essential operational tasks like shipping and receiving, inventory management, and maintaining yard cleanliness.

Electrical Technician does not require a license.

Apply your electrical expertise to the critical task of maintaining and upgrading irrigation systems. As a Licensed Electrician, you’ll install and service 3-phase electrical components, diagnose and resolve electrical issues, and work with VFDs to ensure the efficient operation of agricultural equipment. This role demands a strong understanding of electrical principles, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. You’ll work outdoors, directly contributing to the productivity of local farms and utilizing your skills in a vital industry. Electrical Technician does not require a license.

Well Driller

This role is responsible for drilling wells (8”-24”), welding steel and stainless steel, and mobilizing/demobilizing well drilling equipment. Additional duties may include on-site equipment maintenance and repair, and well rehabilitation tasks (e.g., acid work, well scrubbing). This position may require long hours and Saturday work during peak seasons. Experience preferred.

HDPE Fusing – Experience Preferred

Fusing poly-pipe (HDPE) to connect irrigation plumbing both indoors and outdoors. Working as a team and occasionally independently to complete projects in a timely manner that exceeds the customers’ standards and expectations.

The Sales Consultant will collaborate with businesses and individuals to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer relationships, project management, and project design, while optimizing overall efficiency. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong customer service background. Familiarity with agricultural services is a plus.

Pump Installer

Installation and repair of line shaft / submersible turbine pumps and centrifugal pumps throughout Wisconsin’s agricultural fields. Working as a team to complete projects in a timely manner that exceeds the customer’s standards and expectations. In this department it is critical that we provide timely repairs, which can entail long hours and some Saturdays, especially when it is hot and dry.
