Job summary

Select Water Solutions in Colorado is seeking a Well Chemical Operator to operate water treatment and chemical injection equipment for frac jobs. The role supports inventory management and ensures compatibility of recycled water with stimulation chemicals.

Travel to well sites with crews and work both independently and in teams is required. The position emphasizes safety, strong communication, and adherence to DOT and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Possession of Class A CDL license with Hazmat preferred.
• 7 days per week basis, with required 24-hour on-call coverage on weekends and holidays.
• Energy service experience helpful.
• Exhibit ability to be a strong team player.
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and carry out work assignments to highest quality level.

Responsibilities

• Travel to well sites with crew to perform required services.
• Operate Chlorine Dioxide units, liquid chemadd units, and dry chemadd units.
• Lift and manipulate equipment up to 50 lbs daily.
• Operate company vehicle between district and off-site locations.
• Load and unload vehicles to maintain service schedule.
• Rig up equipment and ensure safe, efficient operations.
