Job summary

Strata Energy, Inc. is seeking a hands-on field operator in the Geology department to support well cementing and exploration activities at the Ross Project in northeastern Wyoming.

The role involves operating cementing and water trucks, performing well abandonment tasks, and contributing to safe, efficient wellfield construction on site. You will maintain equipment, document activities, and collaborate with the Drilling Supervisor and Construction teams while adhering to safety and radiation

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance eligibility.
• CDL with Tanker and Air Brake is preferred.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.
• Hands-on field/exploration or construction-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the cementing unit and dry bulk cement truck.
• Safely operate the water truck and related equipment.
• Perform well and hole abandonment activities on site.
• Maintain accurate records of assigned activities.
• Operate a pickup truck on company property as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental protection.
• Provide support to Construction and assist other areas as needed.
• Maintain mechanical components of equipment.
