Job summary

American Cementing LLC is seeking a Field Operator I-V to manage cementing equipment at the wellsite and yard. You will drive heavy trucks with a Class A CDL and assist with rig-in/rig-out, chemical mixing, and pumping operations while maintaining strict safety standards.

The role emphasizes 20% driving, 50% operating, and 30% maintenance, with opportunities to mentor junior crew and grow within the field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• 1+ year of experience in cementing or oilfield services preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cementing service equipment at yard and wellsite.
• Drive heavy trucks with Class A CDL (Hazmat & Tanker endorsements).
• Perform rig-in/rig-out procedures and monitor equipment.
• Mix chemicals and support pumping operations as directed.
• Monitor gauges and control panels for accurate pressure and flow.
• Complete pump logs, chemical tallies, and maintenance checklists accurately.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor less experienced crew members and ensure safety compliance.
