WesleyLife’s Hearthstone community in Des Moines is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator. You will design and implement activity and lifestyle programming that promotes health, purpose, passion and joy for residents in our Long Term Care community.

You will work closely with residents to enhance wellbeing through engaging programs, while supporting team members with wellness initiatives and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre‑hire health assessment and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• You will have the opportunity to directly and positively impact the health and wellbeing of the people you serve by finding purpose, passion and joy in activity and lifestyle programming.
• This position will work primarily with residents in our Long Term Care community.
