Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Receive, monitor, document, and route calls, emails, referrals, and walk-in contacts related to ICW, APS, and Juvenile Affairs.
  • Serve as initial point of contact for reports involving suspected abuse or neglect and requests for services.
  • Gather, verify, document, and communicate intake information using established forms and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate intake logs, databases, case management systems, and confidential files.
  • Provide information regarding programs, referrals, procedures, and services to courts, law enforcement, schools, and state agencies.
