Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience.
• Strong facilitation, computer and cross-functional team leadership skills; water blasting, vacuum truck, welding and pipefitting.

Responsibilities

• Direct personnel in repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, piping and heat exchangers.
• Manage water blasting operations up to 10,000 psi with safety compliance.
• Coordinate training, liaise with account managers and customers.
• Utilize hand and power tools to perform welding and rigging tasks.
• Ensure work follows established standards and safety guidelines.
