Qualifications
- Supervise team in a safety-conscious, cost-aware environment.
- Direct repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, piping and other pressurized systems.
- Maintain standards and provide feedback on discrepancies in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Direct personnel in repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions and rotating equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
- Develop short and long-range plans in alignment with company goals.
- Provide mechanical expertise for customer RCA and problem solving.
- Maintain accurate CMMS data and perform time accounting, work orders, and materials ordering.
